The item I ordered was the wrong size. I contacted Lauren in customer service who was great. She was very friendly and helpful. She assisted me with the return and helped with ordering the right one.
I received the Curt hitch and it installed per written and video instructions. I still need to get an adapter to torque the bolts on the right side due to the tight fit.
Fast delivery, made me feel like they valued me as a customer.
Bought Malone brackets to hold canoe in place on roof rack. Worked perfectly.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the hitch is slightly misalligned. I loosely placed the 3 drivers side bolts in to hold it in place. On the passenger side. Only 2 of the 3 holes aligned. (The second one barely so). I will need to dremel out the third hole or see if I can get a c-clamp on it, as others have suggested. Besides that, I'm happy so far. I have not used it yet so I cannot attest to the long term use of it.
Great products and customer service up till I received the bed bars and rod racks. Unfortunately I ordered the t slot pieces for the roof and didn't need them. I have sent several emails asking if they can be returned for a refund. I understand I ordered them but don't need them. Even more unfortunate I have gotten no response on possible return of the tracks and track hardware. If you can't take them back at least a response would be nice. Hopefully I hear something soon.

Firstly, your team at etrailer is exceptional! Easy to order, on time delivery and numerous follow-ups.
That being said, I would hope for prior information and a more thorough installation guide. (I did find a pdf online that omitted the fact that a specialist is necessary to install). After inquiring about at multiple mechanic shops (Meineke, Uhaul) I was informed that the installation requires the attention of a professional "Bumper-Cutter" to complete the job. I am now in search of such specialist to correctly install.

Good morning! I contacted etrailer two days after the actual delivery date with zero merchandise delivered. #USPS is horrible. I spoke with an etrailer associate by the name of Brandy. She stated that USPS has a 14 day window to investigate the issue. I was not happy with the news not because of Brandy but because of USPS horrible service. I stated I was not pleased but understood also knowing the delivery issue had nothing to do with etrailer. Brandy was very accommodating with a few options of which I said I would wait. Two days later my merchandise had arrived. 😳 Brandy! I have no idea what you did to correct USPS's error but thank you very much. This is why I continue to purchase from etrailer. Great customer service. Again, Brandy, thank you and you do deserve a raise.
