Exactly what I was searching for, the website was a little nondescriptive on exactly what was in the kit, but a phone call cleared that up.
This was my first experience with eTrailer and I am very impressed. My order was shipping fast, products were packaged well and the site is very easy to use.
The item arrived on time. If you're not familiar with the installation process, I recommend visiting a local shop for assistance. With the right equipment and a team of three people, it should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Two people can hold the item in place while the third person installs the bolts.
The customer service in terms of follow-up and updates is awesome and helpful. I appreciate the order confirmation email and the update emails such as, "your order has shipped" and "your order has arrived."

You wont find better customer service on trailer parts, but they really struggle with packaging. I ended up getting two parts, both arrived in with the box blown out and re-taped. One item was damaged due to this. Its hard to understand how a company who ships large heavy metal objects all day still cant get this right.
I received my four tires and rims with tool marks from the mounting process. A few scratches on the rims.
I can always find what I'm looking for at a great price. Additionally, I know the customer service will be there when I need it!
Time and time again I see reviewers complaining about the Hitch mounting plates protruding out through the shipping box...well, I will have to mention the same problem. Both mounting plates were protruding through the box when my hitch arrived. I think that it's about time etrailer implements a new packaging strategy to prevent this problem from continuing. This would go a long way towards improving the purchasing experience (and less damage to the finish on these hitches at the very least.)
