I was having issues completing an on-line order due to security features associated with my financial institution. I've ordered with e-trailer previously, and never encounters this issue. Every time I place an order, it would seems like it went through, but I would get an automated e-mail minutes later telling me of a security related block. So, I called the number listed on the site and to my surprise a polite and helpful human being answered the phone. No long phone trees, bots or long waits. Just Ashley asking how she could help. Well she promptly helped me work thru my order and promised to keep an eye on it for me to ensure it didn't get kicked back again. Well, maybe 2-hours later - I got an obvious personal (not a form letter) email from Ashley letting me know the order had processed and has moved to shipping. Of course, my order arrived a few days later as promised and in good shape. It is just refreshing to deal with a big company that still treats folks like a local mom and pop vendor. Great Job Ashley and E-trailer. I'm coming back again.

My order came no time. Was missing some parts. Called and talked to customer service. Told them what I was missing. They got the missing parts sent right out to me, with no problem.

I understood the instructions but the sample images were too dark to see or understand. Once I figured out the correct placement it was all good.
