Air bag box showed up with side of box blowed out, should have been double boxed like the compressor was. Bag inside was tore opened with hardware everywhere! Ido not know if everything is there! I do not plan to install for 2-3 months due to knee surgery. So I do not know how to handle the situation if some thing is missing? You should have double boxed it and not been so CHEAP! Problem solved

I have installed many of these receivers in the past. This particular one bolting up to the Jeep grand Cherokee was super easy. I also purchased the light kit harness. First delivery had the hitch in a box that it did not fit into properly. Hitch arrived bent and damaged as well as the box had multiple holes in it. Second delivery the hitch was just wrapped in plastic wrap.
