The lock seemed pretty straightforward to install- package had no instructions. Seems to fit and so far no issues. 🤞 Installed on 2013 Thor 23 ft Freedom elite. Most difficult thing was sawing out the old Trimark lock with a multifunction tool into pieces. It took hours- did not want to damage and it does not fall apart. It broke off into striker. Lock took less than 30 min to install- had to maneuver - to align etc. used a bock of wood to tap in place so you don't damage. Make sure the sheet metal is not bent- mine was a tight fit. Trying to get that old lock off was awful! Used two $$ blades. I have to get use to locking unlocking- it's different than the old Trimark but if it works! Relieved its repaired.

Ordering was easy. Delivered on time. Product fit perfectly. I suggest they wrap the ends in foam. Steel hitch did pop out of box during shipping and did scratch a little paint off but wasn't worth trying to exchange as I wanted to install it immediately.
Got my order in about 3 days. The F2 2 speed winch was easy to install. Haven't had a chance to use it at the boat launch yet but it looks to be what I needed for my heavy boat
