I ordered carpeted stair covers for our interior camper steps. I knew these had adhesive strips but I was placing them on rubber, treaded steps, so I doubted they would stay in place. They are wonderful, look fantastic, and the order and delivery were perfect.

This item replaced my broken trailer connector. Broke a tab removing old connector. Putting tape around connection joint will hold new one in place.
Overall, an easy peasy experience! My order was delayed by customs for whatever reason. Etrailer held up their end and tracked it down. I will stay with them as they seem to have everything I might need for the near future.

I needed a part for my Yakima roof top bike rack. It was sold out everywhere but here. They did ship incredibly fast, but for such a small not urgent part, I would have preferred a cheaper, slower shipping method. Shipping was half the cost of the part, but being the only option in stock, I had no other choice.
