Unfortunately when I received the unit the mounting flange on the left side was several degrees out of square
After spending hours struggling I had 5 of the 6 bolts in but the last hole was off by 1/2 bolt
Finally took it to my dad's house where I put it in a table vise and leaned it back to square
Finished installation without any other issues

I worked in a shipping department for 5 years
When a company sells a product to a customer that company expects payment in full
When a customer pays the price set by a company that customer expects that product to be delivered in a timely and secure manner so NO DAMAGES are incurred
When a shipping problem arises it is the RESPONSIBILITY of that company to accept it and correct it to the customer's satisfaction
Maybe this company should adopt such a policy

I don't know how many people enjoy spending their hard earned money only to find out that they will need to huff n puff and maybe pull a muscle to do what should be a 10 minute job

This thing was sent with everything you need to install. The only thing I didn't like was having to cut my bumper. And I also wish yall could send out a template for the heat shield but other than that amazing product
