The Delivery time stated one Date on both shipping options, but actually showed up 2-Days later. Incase you need it by a specific date.

UPS only had one of the two shipping order numbers. No emails were sent to track the package or to notify that they would be late. We called UPS to find the one part had been sent to Dallas UPS which is 1 1/2 hrs north. We went there and they had sent it to a local warehouse, however it was closed for the next 4 hours. We got the one part and had to call and get the other part order number. 10 hrs round trip. Then one of the parts was wrong and it had to be modified to work.

We have discovered e-trailer while converting our horse trailer into a toy hauler. They've had so many things that we've needed for that task and shipping is fast! Thank you e-Trailer! We will be back.

Directions were sufficient although I found installing the bottom bracket first worked better.

Only came with 4 bolts for the head I think 4 on each side would be better. Easy install

Your people in tha shipping department needs their chain jerked. Leaf springs were not bound together. Just flopping around in a thin cardboard box with hardly any packing. Both box's were torn and open. Could have just fallen out. So surprised they made it here. If so that would not be profitable for your company. Make that improvement and I'll be a happy camper! 👍🤠

Parts were shipped quickly and fit well. I was kept informed when parts shipped and where they were at.

The product is very simple installation no room to mistakes.
