The Draw-Tite instructions claim a 20-45min install time. Maybe a NASCAR pit crew could install it in that time but the average guy will take much longer. The first Draw-Tite hitch I received was welded off center and did not fit. ETrailer made an exchange with no hassle. The second one was a better fit but had poor looking welds and paint job. They didn't even bother to scrape the weld spatter off before painting. I am not at all impressed with Draw-Tite's quality and would definitely try a different brand if there was a next time. I stripped two of the holes torquing the bolts to 75 ft-lb and had to tap from 12mm-1.25 to ½-20. The instructions show zip tying the smart key antenna to the bottom of the hitch tube. I thought this was a poor solution and made my own bracket to relocate it. I would order from ETrailer again but will not install another aftermarket trailer kit if I can help it.

Too easy, to spend money. Very nice for nomad ordering. Love the upgrade to be able to use house batteries. This inverter allows us to optimize/minimize generator usage. This inverter allows us to reduce generator time by 60% based on our battery system. Less generator means more connection with nature. Yay.

The trailer light assembly was easy to install. The video was helpful in deciding if this was a do it yourself project and went exactly as shown in demo. I mistakenly ordered 30 amp mini instead of 30 amp micro needed for 2025 Pilot from Amazon. Once I got the propper fuse everything works great.

The first time I ordered the trailer hitch, it was just wrapped in some plastic. It must have been dragged around during shipping so the finish wash scraped off in several places. I called customer service and told them what happened. They said they would package a new hitch so it wouldn't get damaged. Well the just put it in a cardboard box. No bubble wrap or foam or anything. And the second one has the same result. Just not as bad.
