My trailer arrived quickly and between the paper instructions and the video instructions. It was very clear and easy to install. In and out in less than an hour and a half, and this was my first time installing a trailer on a minivan. I will say that the packaging does not really match the quality of the hitch and in fact the trailer busted through the packaging and was dinged up. I hope the parts that got scratched and scuffed don't end up rusting.
