Ordered kayak rack adapters to fit oval crossbar. They are too big. I ordered these years ago and have the older ones on my crossbar on one side. The new ones need shims or I need smaller adapters. Can you help?
This trailer ramp is great….strong but light weight aluminum. I wanted the "rungs" close enough together and the individual ramps wide enough to handle a wheel barrow. It has worked great so far. Also like how you can clamp them together and carry with a handle.

I thought I might need to replace my rear observation camera after buying a new truck. Then I found out all I needed was a plug in adapter, and that did the job. The camera now works like it did before. Extremely happy with the purchase!
This is a high quality drop hitch. I am very happy with it. It lowers my bike rack to 20 inches off the ground instead of 30 inches. This makes it easier to load my mountain bike.

Install was relatively easy until I realized that my rough country steps wouldn't close all the way. So I had to modify the bracket ie cut a the bracket to make it work for my application.

I was looking for a specific cabinet stay open hardware, and found it easily on e-trailer.
Hitch slightly interfered with cover that goes on bumper such that it would not properly fasten. Had to grind end of receiver to fix.
Noticed free shipping on a ball mount I wanted. Didn't even shop anywhere else as I always have a positive experience at etrailer. Ordered the hitch on Friday, received it Saturday. Still not sure how it got here (Idaho) so fast. Highly recommend etrailer for all your towing/trailer needs.

I've ordered a couple trailer tail lights in the past and I've had great experience with ordering and product quality.
I received the brake assemblies damaged and not packaged well as other reviews stated. But they promptly sent me replacements and made sure they were packaged better so hopefully they address there packing issues. Other then that I will continue to order from them
My trailer hitch was poking out of the box in multiple places and had been scratched up and packaged with no padding.
