The hitch was easy to order and arrived when it was scheduled to arrive. I watched the installation video and it seemed pretty straightforward even though the difficulty rating was a 10/10. My husband and I are both pretty handy so we were able to complete the install in a couple hours and without too much difficulty. We were grateful for the installation video that was associated with the rack - that was invaluable!
