Product is solid. The install (with instructions) was easy. I was able install it on my 2021 Honda Pilot all by myself. Well, I did need 3-4 jack stands to make it work. Also, a universal joint adapter, ratchet wrench, and an impact driver was needed as I was not able to create the 139 ft/lb torque to spec. After install, it looked great! I will probably get the light harness down the road to complete the setup. But, I won't be needing that any time soon.
I gave the experience a 4 star (4.5) due to the badly damaged box upon delivery. I understand that once the package leaves the warehouse, they have no control over it. But, I think a more robust box would help. With that said, customer service was great! They provided with with remedies to make it right...and they did.
I would gladly come back to purchase additional items as the product is amazing and custom fit to my 2021 Honda Pilot. Customer service was amazing and easy to work with.
