Fast delivery, BUT the MFG date of the tire is not provided. I received tires that were just short of 2 years old new.
Overall receiver seemed to be put together very well. I built my own plates that slide in the frame rail, so I can't say much about how easy the supplied hardware is to install. Overall solid piece.

Everything went great. My only concern is I ordered a 20" 20 pound gas strut that could've been shipped in a fairly small box and my order arrived in 20x18x6 double walled heavy duty box. The box weighed 2 pounds. When it showed up, I had no idea what it was just because of the size of the box. Dudes, you're wasting a huge amount of money on shipping if you're doing this all the time. The strut could've gone USPS Priority mail for 8 bucks. I can't imagine what you coughed up for ground shipping this time around. Otherwise great stuff.

Replacement Operator w/ Knob and Screw for Ventline Vent with Metal Dome and Old-Style, Rounded Dome replaced one that was damaged by a windstorm. Yes, the vent was closed but a wind gust was strong enough to pull it open. Replacement went right in. I'm satisfied.
Furrion 30A Twist-Lock marine power entry hasn't been installed yet. It replaces a similar stainless steel unit that succumbed to excessive current in the neutral wire. Held together with wire nuts for the time being.
Tech questions were answered right away good job by Kim in C/S. Needed a minor modification, attached to the trailer and working well. Only draw back, made in CHINA...
