I wish my order came with hardware needed to mount winch stand but outside of that it is now mounted on trailer works great

Purchased the truxedo latch it arrived in 3 days which was pretty fast. I was a little bummed it didn't come with the spring inside it. I installed it and noticed the spring was not in it. I didn't see anything in the description that said it wasn't coming with a spring. I ended up having to order a spring for another $15 from another site.

Easy to find and great description. There was a drop down menu for the camper tie downs that I did not see and ordered the wrong part. If the drop down made you choose what bed configuration before continuing I think would be better. Less chance of getting the wrong part.

Customer service at each trailer was very good. I was looking for more information as the instructions were basic. Unfortunately, there was no video available.

This hitch was exactly as advertised. It came with helpful tools and great support videos on the company website to make for a quick install.

Exact equal to what needed to replace. I didn't notice I would have opted for LED bulbs which I'm swaping out. The provisions for terminating the wires does not work easily with soft stranded wire but managed to get them working.

Easy purchasing, but took a long time with the shipping the USPS. And we going to have mail in ballots 🤣

Great item will do the trick for placing license plate in a visible spot when bike rack obscures it.

I ordered a new cover for a porch light but the amber tinting is not as dark as the original cover. It yields a blinding glare that I'll need to cover up with tape or spray paint it darker. I had mentioned this on a question before I ordered and received a response that it was dark. Not so once I received it. I did receive the product quickly so that was good and I'll continue to use ETrailer.com for future needs.

The Stealth Hitch w/Towing Kit for my 2023 Tesla Model 3 (391TES317T) came in two sturdy boxes with extremely thorough instructions. Everything in the kit is very robust and cleanly made - excellent welds, correct dimensions, tight tolerances, etc. The hitch itself is BEEFY - as are the latch block, chain hooks, and ball mount - and will certainly handle the max capacities without issue. The install commenced with no drama and ended with my car looking exactly as before, but with its new hidden function. The included Hopkins PWM lighting controller works perfectly, controlling my trailer lights correctly without the Tesla having any issues with it being connected. Yesterday I made three trips (50+ miles) with full loads of furniture using my 4x8 aluminum trailer, and the hitch performed flawlessly.

Received tires as described and on time. Tires were in stock to my suprise, unlike local dealers.
