Order arrived quickly however there were missing parts. To Etrailer's credit, my order was packed by Dexter Axle and the box arrived sealed and in good shape so it was not etrailer's fault. Any at Etrailer was quick to respond to my email and promised the missing parts would be shipped fast.

The hitch showed up, in tact and correct. We bought the B&W 25k fifth wheel hitch. Super engineered with above average quality. Made in America.
