I don't mind purchasing open box items that have likely been purchased, opened, and returned… However, I do find issue with not being told that ahead of time, and having to pay full price for it. The packaging I received was obviously opened, and poorly taped back together, and the sealed bag within the box had a hole in it with parts falling out. Everything appears to be present though, but I was not aware of the fact that I was purchasing an open box item.
Beware if you buy something from these people and it won't work they won't give you a refund / credit! Only deal with companies with shipping included and free returns! Do not give these people your business!

I needed to get new tires for our 7+ year old trailer and since the factory wheels were the ugly white steel ones, we opted to go for some nicer\better aluminum wheels. Had a few questions and the chat helped me right out. Price was very good and delivery time was as advertised.
