Product arrived timely and outside of needing to douse quite a bit of PB Blaster on the existing bolts to get them off, installation was as easy as advertised. The size and sturdiness of the Timbren product compared to the OEM pieces is impressive.

The new set of brakes mounted right up to the axle on my 2021 Grand Design Solitude S- Series. The only issue was that I had a manufacture a hole and a threaded hole for a mag particle collector that I could not find on any other brakes sets I looked for.

The hitch is heavy duty and has nice paint. All the hardware was included and shipping was incredibly fast. Videos and paper instructions made installation easy. Only hang up I had was trimming the exhaust heat shield.

He took me maybe less than 5 minutes to put it on it was easy and now I can lift my two box lid with either side.

My order came 2 days early to Ontario from the USA. Prompt service.
The replacement fan matched perfectly and installed well. Although the red lead on the motor
Was too short to make an easy connection. That was frustrating. But that's my only complaint.

Except there were too many emails after from etrailer.

Don't know at this point waiting on a part that was missing. We'll see how fast it takes to get this part so I can get my project done.

I bought a hitch for my 2015 Subaru and the suggested ball and insert(not sure of name) for the hitch. Well I don't have much experience with these, so I assumed that when the website made the, "these are bought together ", that they'd fit. Nope. 1 1/4" hitch with a 2" bar or something like that. Called customer service and I get to pay $16 to return it. The lady said that if I would have placed my order on the phone, then they would have noticed the error... like seriously?!? Just take the option off the website and have them call customer service to order. Sigh.

Very easy to find what I need and order. I recently purchased a used boat and trailer. The trailer tires were not good for my needs. They ran very hot with my loaded boat. They were 4.80 x 12 LR B. I upgraded to 145ST-12. Last June I had a bad experience with a tire blow out that caused the axel to break on my other trailer. I feel a lot better towing with the special trailer tires now.
