Product looks to be undamaged but the packaged arrived with the box torn open and tape back together. Product arrived late.
Site was easy to use and provided information to insure correct fit. After receiving both front mount receivers (K1500 and Jeep Wrangler), installation was a breeze. I recommended etrailer to my buddy and after viewing the installed receiver, he also ordered one.
Coupler bolted up easily to trailer. The back could have been flatter but drew up tight to trailer.
The over all process was vary easy and straightforward, I received my order undamaged and on time.
