There were many options at etrailer. Found one that suited our needs best and placed an order. Item arrived promptly and the instructional video made the installation easier than I imagined. Saved $700 in installation costs and it took maybe 1.5 hrs installing on the ground with no lift (on a crosstrek)

I purchased this trailer hitch for my 2023 CRV Hybrid so we could use a hitch based bike rack and other hitch accessories. The hitch was relatively easy to install with the right tools. There was a need to trim the existing bumper plastic so the hitch will fit. The instructions for this were not very thorough, descriptive or clear, so I recommend eyeballing the trim location by lining up the hitch to the holes ahead of time and then mark accordingly. My CRV does not have the electronic hatch function so it was not to this level of modifications if you watch this on DYI YouTube. A Dremel or other device easily trims the plastic around the bumper. I would say 2 people works best for installing since the hitch is solid and might be heavy for one person to manage. The only other issue I experienced was after installing all 4 bolts/nuts it was somewhat challenging to find the right combination of rachet-wrench to tighten the rear nuts. Getting a torque wrench into the small area near the bumper was the biggest challenge but I was able to complete with patience.
I needed a light, a dual switch and 2 relays. I found everything, pricing was great, parts shipped quickly!
I got the item fast and it has worked great. Happy with it and it looks great on the car. I noticed scratches and chips on the product when it arrived. The package was ripped which probably caused to the hitch being damaged. Could use better packaging
Have not installed this one yet, but have been super happy with all the others that I have purchased in the the past!
