I watched the videos before I bought the hitch. When the hitch came a couple of days later it was wrapped and protected very well. The installation was just like the video. Everything fit right and all the parts were there. Wonderful hitch.
I ordered a trailer hitch and installed it today. The video that you have is a wonderful tool. I really like hearing what tools and sizes I need so I dont have to continually go back and forth or bring my tool box out. Thank you. I ordered my wire bundle today for it. My hitch wasn't packaged very well was loose in the box and was damaged when i got it. The side ears on the Hitch were sticking out the side of the box all scratched up and no paint on them.
The wiring kit for towing my 2013 jeep wrangler was plug and play. More than happy.
The fit was good, not perfect. It took a little work to get both sides to align. I would suggest hand starting the drivers side first because if you need to flex the mount point it is easier on the passengers side with the exhaust pipe out of the way.

I am so very pleased I was told about e-trailer! My suv did not come with a hitch and I needed an option to carry my kids bikes around. I thought I had to go to the dealership to add a hitch on, but a friend told me that they used e-trailer. I went on and added my car make and model and it was as easy as that! The descriptions are so detailed and easy to follow. I was able to order the correct hitch kit and bike rack that would work together. I was pleased with the price and how quick it was to receive as well. I recommend e-trailer 100%!
