Everything was great along with customer service. Had questions regarding the wiring since the instructions did not show the wiring for my application, so I called Joshua B. He emailed me the proper wire diagram and answered all my questions quickly so I could finish my project.

The hitch and receiver are great. The only disappointment was the scratches and scrapes on the receiver. The delivery box was torn, and the receiver was exposed.

Pretty easy to install for 1 person with a jack, I also got the wiring for trailer lights, took about an hour to install those thanks to a battery wire needing to go to the rear of the vehicle, but nothing but time, not hard. I'm a mechanic and machinist by trade, so all was easy, if you are not very mechanically inclined, might want to have someone help you. E trailer did have an install video on the wiring which was cool, quick watch thru and I was good to go. Thanks much!
