Ordered items for a new trailer and this was the first time I've used etrailer. The overall experience was better than expected, with good pricing, quick shipping, and great communication. I received my order within a few days, with all items present and as advertised. I will definitely use this company for all my trailer needs.

My husband and I went camping and wanted to install a hitch capable of a smaller load without weighing us down due to our vehicle's lower towing capacity limit. I had zero idea of what to look for especially as this was a surprise birthday gift for my husband before our annual trip.

Need help finding a part for my hitch, to I reached out via the web customer support window. Amy was great and I found what I needed. Etrailer is awesome!

As easy as could be. E-Trailer gave me a wide selection of various trailer hitches for my Toyota Prius V. I picked a middle of the road model due to the fact that I was not going to be towing anything and this was merely so I could attach a bike rack. It was delivered fast and easy to install. I couldn't have asked for more.

The official response is it won't fit. It won't unless...you make modifications. After the modifications, I had to trim the lower fan shroud on each corner, which is still enclosed. The factory tow hooks are still on also.

Items arrived separately, had to extend stay in order to receive all parts

Delivered fast. Last hitch I ordered was bent when it arrived. Only slightly. This one was not. Box still got destroyed. Wiring harness box was smashed inside hitch box, but not destroyed. Hitch was an easy install with instructions video. Wiring harness is a longer install and the video is missing a few key pieces of info. Overall good experience. Much better than any other site

It was very Easy. Everything was what I expected! The sway bar went in fairly easily and performed as expected!

I've ordered from etrailer twice, and both times were on a Sunday night to get parts that were needed to get my trailer ready for a upcoming hunting trip. I work away from home all week and only have weekends to get things done. Both times my order was at my house by Wednesday! All of my parts were exactly what I ordered, were good quality, and reasonably priced. Communication from etrailer about my order status was exceptional, and I also liked that there was a picture and personal note about each team member that handled my order along the way. Well done etrailer!

I had a small problem with assembly. Dave rushed me out the pieces I needed to make my install first class.
