We needed a new monitor for our RV trailers back up system. E-trailer was the place to go. We ordered a replacement and we're contacted several times from employees asking us if they could help us and making sure we were satisfied. I heartily recommend this company.

I purchased the eTrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class III - 2" for a 2018 Subaru Outback and could not be happier with the install process! Following their instructions was easy and the only issues we had was that we needed to cut the bumper notch about a 1/2 inch deeper than specified to fit the reciever, and we needed to persuade the reciever onto the factory studs with a block of wood and a 2 lb sledge since it didn't slide right on. Other than that, the install went super smooth and we had the reviever mounted and ready to go within a couple hours

I also ordered a number of other items and they all came conveniently packaged in one large box which not only helped simplify shipping but helped me transport everything to a garage where I could install the reciever.

Overall, this was a great experience and an excellent product!

I ordered a connector cable for my GMC pickup and my fifth wheel so I could pair my Furion observation camera. Denice was great and very accommodating.

We had to get a different hitch because the first one was slightly the wrong size. The staff helped us get the right one and helped with the return.

I needed to replace some tow bar tabs that i had purchased about 3 years ago, the staff was quick to assist me with matching up what i needed and got them out to me same day. I so appreciate the quality of trailer products.

Installed with no problem. However, after using it on my first trip, the top part (the housing with the motor) turns from side to side. It's not set in place as it should be. It looks like there are a couple of threaded holes where possibly set screws are supposed to be. I have not contacted support yet, maybe they will answer this review.
