Firstly expecting customers to take measurements (especially when many are stored away from home) is ridiculous. Sure much easier to state which model step fits which model rv.
Even if our fit (too narrow) top seemed to be bent/ warped along the top and the fittings seem really poor quality.

Had to replace the axle on this trailer I picked up. There was no suspension on it. E-trailer's item descriptions were specific enough to successfully order every compatible part with ease. The order arrived in two days flat, which was honestly pretty amazing. It helped me get my welding rig back on the road in minimal time, which was clutch. Leaf spring hanger dimensions were listed on the product page, which made it easy to mount them permanently.

The item came on the day it stated when I ordered it and was exactly as stated. Very happy.

Have a Volvo xc70, no one not even stroller has a 2" reciever except as a factory ordered part from Volvo. So im stuck with 1-1/4" with a 2" adapter. Also only offer generic wiring harnesses, nothing vehicle specific for my car.

I ordered a new Air Conditioner for my RV. Price and delivery were very competitive. Unfortunately the unit was damaged during shipment. I contacted the team and they quickly send me a replacement unit and made arrangements for me to return the damaged unit. Very responsive.

I needed one bolt to replace one I lost off a Thule rack. After visiting multiple hardware stores and buying bolts that didn't fit I found etrailer. Received the bolt I needed including washers.

The stabilizer jack works great, no issues. Did not come with any instructions, which would have been helpful and maybe provided the torque specifications. I watched the install video on etrailer.com, but would have preferred to have paper instructions in hand.
The shipping box is not sufficient, the motor end of the stabilizer was hanging out of the box. A simple piece of styrofoam or thick cardboard insert inside the ends of the box would solve the issue. Mere pennies to protect a $500 plus item.

El artículo es exactamente el que se describe en la publicación pero le daré solo 3 estrellas por que no e podido conectarlo a mi aire acondicionado y hacer que funcione, en las instrucciones dice que hay que restablecer el termostato de favrica y que hay que ponerle unos botones en la parte posterior del termostato, pues realise todos esos pasos según se describen en las instrucciones, el termostato se restableció de favrica pero aun así no consigo que funcione. Nececito que algún experto en estos productos me indique si hay algún otro paso que deba seguir, mientras tanto, daré esta calificación, si en un futuro consigo que funcione sin ningún problema, entonces cambiaré mi reseña, gracias

The shipper used by etrailer, UPS, should be dropped. Their tracking data showed the hitch arriving in my home town. However 6 days later UPS informed me that they had no data on the shipment and could not confirm the hitch arrived at the local facility or when it would be shipped the 10 miles to my home regardless their own tracking data showed the hitch had arrived at their facility. Etrailer provided great service, UPS very poor service.
