I watched the videos before deciding on a hitch, including addressing the appearance of the hitch (matt vs gloss finish, how far it stuck out, etc.). The video was spot on! I love the look of it installed whereas previously I had a company order and install and it didn't look as nice as this one does. Installation was super simple, easier than what etrailer recommended! Love this company, love that they credit all the manufacturers products in doing a review and comparison and they are the rare company that you can trust! Keep doing what you are doing!
Why is my shipping slowed down by a month to get wiring? At least give me the option to have shipped separately.

Apparently they tried to deliver and said no one was there. They were delivering to a power plant. There is always someone there. So I had send email with contact info. They see this stuff not in real time. So the next day I got email confirmation that they read the email.
Right parts, helpful videos and instructions and if all else fails they'll give you one on one assistance via email. Love them
I ordered the TST tire pressure monitor system for our travel trailer. I haven't actually pulled the trailer yet since installing the system but, it seems to be working fine. It's a little tricky to get all the sensors programmed but, if you follow the instructions closely you will get it done.
The Curt Trutrack stabilizer hitch is a good quality product. We used it last weekend on my 23 Tundra pulling our 33 ft travel trailer. We only went about 15 miles to the local lake and back but, it seemed to do just fine!

We are a dealer that orders a bunch of parts from them and every time the delivery comes its a disaster. Boxes are all beat up, parts are all beat up and everywhere. Its very very frustrating! We are considering going back to Meyer distribution for our parts needs. The packaging and shipping needs MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS!
