I ordered a trailer hitch for my Crosstrek wilderness. It was easy to order, it came quickly, I've already installed it and it works fine. It was a lot easier to install than I thought it was going to be. Watch a couple of YouTube videos and you'll have it down.
1st order was damaged. With a phone call a replacement was sent. Damaged product was returned to e-trailer with a return label provided.

Had a problem with my back up camera they Solve the problem they recommended a solution I purchased it installed it and it worked well. I wasn't happy with the price for what I got, but it did solve the problem.
I was looking for a hitch to for a specific car in a hurry as an incorrect hitch had already been delivered by a different company. I was comparing a couple sites for their shipping rates and times. One site had much cheaper rates but was clear that the order was getting placed after their next day delivery cut off. ETrailer had no such warning during the check out process and also made no mention of cut off times in the shipping faq. As next day was important in the situation I went with etrailer only to find out the shipping options were not accurate the next day when I was expecting to have the hitch in hand.
Bad kit, purchased a wiring kit for a Hyundai Tucson 2015, all of the wire were to short to plug in, had splice all of the wires to make it work.
Purchased the 18 foot horse trailer cover, and it fit perfectly.
