Trailer hitch is well made and fits well. Installation is advertised as taking 40 minutes. Maybe, IF you have a lift, air tools, and 2 strong men with experience. If you and your wife are laying in the driveway, car on jack stands, hand tools, and the first time installing a hitch, expect 3 hours. Having said that, it is a good product and I will continue to use etrailer for my equipment.

Installed on a 2020 F150.The hitch came in a day earlier than expected. Hitch punctured through on one side, but to be expected, with the weight of the hitch and a cardboard box. I am sure that's from delivery and not Etrailer itself. Instructions where pretty straight forward. All parts where accounted for as well. Including opening the box, unpacking, laying all parts out, total install took around 40 minutes. This time did not include taking off the lower air damn. I was able to install myself, using a floor jack. Overall, went way faster and easier than I thought it would.

The hitch looks good but arrived witch several scratches from the shipping

I permanently installed Towsmart model 1400 lights on my trailer several years ago and just recently broke a red side lens. The replacement lens measurements on Etrailer were close but not exact but the lens fit just fine. The only other issue was the old lens was fastened with 2 screws about 3/4" long and the replacement lens required a much longer screw which did not come with the new lens. I found longer replacement screws in a junk drawer and everything worked out great!

I was screwed with on one item before, an extension hitch, that Cody O. Was in charge of. He screwed over me and gave me no help. I was unhappy and then bought a hitch extension that was properly set up and not from E-trailer, although you had the same product but was told by Cody O. You had nothing available. So I went to Blue Ox and got what I needed and told you to kiss my $#*!, thanks to Cody O. I then needed the breakaway and because I hate to give up easy I ordered it from you. It turned out good.

Great price and great service. As a retired Draw-Tite hitch pro member I was extremely impressed with the whole operation.

Great price, and got it on sale so even better. Very easy install. Just watch the YouTube video. Just take your time. The hardest part for me was the drivers side. The muffler kind of gets in the way. I was able to just pull it over a few inches with a ratchet strap and was able to get enough room to torque down the bolt. Maybe took me an hour to do, by myself. If you have someone to help it's a super quick job. It looks daunting, but promise you its very simple. Quality is great. Fast delivery.

I ordered the trailer hitch for my 2024 Chevy Traverse. The customer service person could not find the wire harness to connect the trailer to the Traverse. They eventually suggested I contact a local hitch installer (U-Haul) to see if they could find the correct harness. I thought that was funny since I was talking with a company named "etrailer." I ordered it from U-Haul, but they could not deliver before I installed the hitch on Sunday. I was worried that they might not deliver in time for my departure tomorrow (Saturday) so I started looking on line again to find a harness. I got the part number off chevy's website and it turns out you guys had the harness in stock. Not only did I pay double the price from U-Haul, but I had to install it after I put the body panels back on the vehicle. It took me about an hour to try to reach the plug. Had I been able to install it with the hitch it would have only taken a minute or two.
