Fast and easy super fast install low road noise and strong fit

Really easy works as advertised great product would buy again

Took payment upon purchase. Delivery was later than told originally. Missed being able to use it due to needing to leave. Returned immediately the next day after delivered. Never opened. Had to pay for them to come pick it up, even though it arrived late. Confirmed receiving the return. Now having to wait over 20 days for them to "check the item back in" and submit a credit to my card that was used. This seems like a very long time to get a refund processed. Especially since it was their delay in delivery.

Easy and fast. Great place to order parts from. My experience was really great not models to say other than when you order the part you're gonna get it within three days possibly even less. I plan on ordering all parts I would need from this place. I want to say thank you for their team for the quick and fast service.

Quicki have read a lot about the hitch and the fact that I can get also a 5th wheel adapter and all of the other features when it's in i will rate the whole setup but many smiles right now

Ordering was easy, (a well organized site) and shipping was fast, with the hitch well packaged with no damage or scratches. Install was aided by watching the videos available on site. Overall a good experience.

I was in search of a replacement screen for my RV bathroom vent fan. Because my RV is a 2005 model, I was having great difficulty in finding something that would work. I contacted customer service after searching eTraler website for additional help. The customer service person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. She spent quite a bit of time searching for me and never once came across as frustrated or annoyed. Once she found something that we felt could work, she explained the return policy and said to be sure and let them know if it didn't work so they could try and find something that would. Again, very friendly, helpful and patient. Fortunately it worked!

Looked up the part, found it; ordered it… installed with a nylon hammer and it worked like a dream… be careful with the inside edges of the vector in particular; it's SUPER SHARP! Sliced the back of my thumb and hardly noticed till the drops formed. Anywho. Definitely will get more stuff from etrailer

Good overall. A bit disappointed that the Curt hitch I purchased was either bent, or simply not the correct fit. With a great deal of "encouragement", I could get the bolts in the "wings" that connect to the CRV frame. Also, the receiver was not perfectly perpendicular to the bar. Not a big deal, but the aesthetic grates on someone who is a little OCD. I'm still pleased with e-trailer, and realize that I purchased a less expensive hitch, so maybe that is normal.
