Ordering was no prob, and shipping info was emailed to me, however to find info on multipe orders, I have to find one of the emails and then enter the order # and zip code. Since this is a merchant that I will clearly be revisiting over the years, why can't I have an account login with all my order info in one place like the other bazillion internet-based merchants?
Looked all overtown for a trailer jack pin and couldn't find one. Etrailer had it in stock and it was the best price. They shipped it out right away and I had it within two or three days. Awesome experience. Will be shopping here in the future. Thank you.

The ordering process was easy and the package was delivered super quick.
Overall everything was great! Fast shipping and great product! I did have to do a little modification (added washers between extension and right side) as without them, the right side hung down a bit due to the alignment of the holes for the joining bars. This made putting the pins in nearly impossible. After adding the washers between the right side and middle extension on the 3 bottom joining points, all 3 sections were straight across which solved the issue and all 3 pins go in and out freely.

2016 Dodge with coil springs, adding the airbags to the rear has helped it ride smoother and tow better.
Got my new hitch quickly after ordering but etrailer should upgrade the boxes - it seems to be a common problem. There were chips in the powder coat - also a common issue - but I had high temp spray paint on hand to touch it up. Install was a breeze and explained well in the videos. Definitely a diy project and saved me install money.
