The ordering and processing was great. Fast delivery too. Product over 500 dollars arrived with factory ripped cardboard box that was taped up. Not to mention I had a sandstorm that day so it got sandy. Yes, this product is gonna go underneath my service truck suspension, but paying over 500 dollars ypu would think they card more about packaging I could have lost assembly bolts.

Nice and easy to put the order in. When I opened the package, I noticed that this item had scratches like it was sold before and returned to shipper. I believe that the reason why it might have been returned was that when I put it together, two of the holes were too small for the bolts. Nothing that couldn't be fixed by drilling the holes a bit bigger.
