I have a built trailer for hauling my side by side off-road vehicle. The 3-leaf springs were too weak so I installed replacement springs from trailer that provided greater stability and strength.
My order arrived promptly and was packaged very well.
Trailer doesn't disappoint.

I received the kit and put it in. It was very easy to do. Haven't had the chance to use the trailer yet.

I love that it is inflatable and small enough, when deflated, to fit in my purse. I use it on my road trips when I'm driving a school bus on long trips. While the kids are doing their activities, I take little cat naps with my neck pillow. It's perfect!

Purchased a pair of side steps for my 89 F250. They were exactly as described. Easy to install and does the job.

It's a good product and the only issue I had the wrong size bolt. When to auto parts store to get a correct size bolt grade 8 and problem solved.

The Kuat Beta bike comes as advertised - with very high quality components, finish, and with rock solid support for attached bikes. I would readily purchase another Kuat product without hesitation.

The box arrived looking like it had been hit, possibly with a motorized pallet jack, with indications at both ends of receiving a rapid compressing force. The cardboard pieces inside the box that protect the rack were torn up as well from the event. Not sure I would buy from this retailer again.

First the things is look to be improved. 1)The shipping was confusing as there were 2 packages shipped, but only received shipping info on 1.2) The chat function has a disconnect function right next to the send button, I hit that several times, once also hitting end by accident on the confirmation page. 3) would be nice to ask to have the chat transcript emailed when finished. Now into the good, the staff were wonderful in each interaction I had with them. Plenty of product videos on products. I would purchase here again.
