Installed the Timbren bumper stops before getting a 4000lbs trailer and pulling with those installed over 200 miles and there was absolutely no bouncing. Worst the money

Ordered some replacement parts for my Thule top box and Yakima bike rack for an upcoming vacation. Everything arrived in four days and fit perfectly… We're off!

The navigation on the site was good. The selection was good. The communication was good. The hitch came in a large box that had a huge hole in it and the hitch sticking out the side, the shipping company's fault I am sure. To my amazement, the wiring connector that I ordered was also packaged in the box with the hitch. I was amazed that it was still there with the large hole, but also amazed that it would be packed with a big heavy hitch. The wiring box was crushed, but all appears there.

Ordered a Reese WD hitch to use with a 2014 Suburban and a 16 foot enclosed trailer. Everything was delivered in a timely manner and all parts work well.
