I have been doing personal shopping with etrailer for over 10 years, your customer service and info on your website are outstanding. I have bought heavy items such as hitches and receiver tubing and they have ALWAYS been poorly packed and the boxes have been compromised. This time the first receiver tube was just plain missing and the box had been taped shut. The second package with the trailer jacks had been punctured and the 4 jacks looked like they had been in a cement mixer they were all scratched up and even some dents in the covers. When the replacement for the lost receiver tube showed up it too had punched through the box and was hanging out of it, so it also could have easily been lost. As I said this is the first order I have done for work, I work for NBC Universal Television, Chicago Med TV show. The credit card I used has a Califorina address and the package was sent to Chicago where we film the show. I guess that triggered something and the order was put on hold but I was not notified. When I did not get my usual info from Etrailer I called and straightened the matter out but it delayed getting the items by a day. A day is a lifetime for me at work, they can not delay filming a scene because I didn't build the set piece because of a billing snafu. I love you guys and will continue using you but you have to overhaul the way you ship heavy steel items. I don't know how long you would have sat on the billing issue before doing something but the way you handled that is very unlike your usual efficient prompt way of doing things

Hitch arrive in a box with several large holes due to very poor packaging. Large very heavy hitch just dropped into large box where it obviously was able to shift around and rip holes in box. No excuse for such sloppy packaging. And hitch arrived lacking two spacers that are shown in printed instructions and the installation video. I did not discover until part way into trying to install. Wasted 2 hrs of my time. These parts just sent to me but had to wait for another week or two. Frustrating!
I've not yet had time to make 2nd attempt to install

The overall experiance was good but since being in Canada, shipping took roughly 2 weeks which set us back a bit but we finally did receive them.

We needed to replace a 25-year-old remote for our trailer winch. We checked the usual local spots, including where we purchased the winch. No luck. Very happy with the extension mirrors! Took me longer to remove the backing on the protective pads than installing the mirrors 😏. Maybe a little tab to remove them would be helpful? 🤷
