I needed to get a hitch for my elderly uncle's 2004 Caravan. I didn't realize how specific the hitch fitment would be! Wheelbase, if it has stow n Go seats or not and if it is AWD or not all matters with getting the proper hitch.
E Trailer fixed us up and the hitch was easily installed with some drilling. I also ordered a trailer light harness adapter that was equally easy to install. We saved a lot of money by installing a trailer hitch and borrowing a friends trailer instead of renting a U haul!

I've always head a great experience shopping through e-trailer! While I didn't require it for the roof rack (it fit like a gem), i appreciate the videos they provide for installation with step by step instructions.
Order was a little slow getting here because it got stuck in the mail somewhere. When arrived, one of the three parts was for a different trailer. When alerted etrailer, the response was quick and good. Person at etrailer was good and professional. New parts were shipped out asap and arrived just in time for when needed. Etrailer sent return label and initial package goes back today. In the end, would have been better off buying essentially the same parts from a local RV operation because of time spent resolving the problem and getting the initial order back. Companies give no consideration to the value of your time, and that matters. Etrailer should take the consumers' time into consideration when an order gets messed up.

I ordered my fifth wheel hitch on a Sunday. On Monday it was shipped through T fore freight and was given a tracking number. I called on Thursday to see why my tracking number don't show up on t force tracking. I was told it could take a week to show up on their tracking. The following Monday I called again to see why my tracking number don't work I was given some sort of excuse and told to be patient. I took it apon myself to contact the freight company where I was told I had the wrong tracking
Number and the phone number that was given to them didn't work. On Wednesday morning I went to the T force freight terminal to pick up my stuff where they told me my freight had been sitting there for a week with nobody trying to locate it.I would think when you call customer service you would get some costumer service?
Would shop again. Prompt shipping and product was as described online.
