Delivered as ordered! On time! I ordered 2 pair for both my car and my teenage daughters car. Both were brand new in carry bags with directions included for installation ease. Also ordered were the rubber tightening snubbers for secure mounting during use.

My no-name bike rack was driving me crazy. I found etrailer and the largest selection of bike racks I have seen. In addition they many include videos discussing the operation and the pros and cons of each rack. I found that the Kuat Sherpa 2 was what I needed. Shipping was only days to my remote Colorado location and etrailer texts kept me updated on status. The Kuat is an amazing piece of equipment. The fit, finish and operation is great.

Ordered a new vent cover because they were the only one that carried it, but I could find. Worrying it was easy however it came UPS who dropped it off at the post office. I live in a very remote area. One never understands why UPS does this however since it didn't have any post office box information which most companies don't allow they got shipped back. I promptly called etrailer and they were able to immediately ship out another one with better shipping information and I received it.
