As a first time ball mount purchaser and user, I did a lot of research on what made the most sense for what I want to pull with my Ram 2500 diesel. The trailer website and comparatives allowed me to narrow down a specific purchase. Though I wasn't in a hurry for the product, I had it in two days in a relatively rural area in Eastern Washington state.
Installed it and have a bike rack on it. Definitely need a jack or helper, and a power tool to bore out.the hole to get the plate and bolt in.
All the parts came well packaged, everything fit together nicely!

I purchased a trailer brake controller for my 2008 F-150 and installed it as instructions provided. Install procedures provided by etrailer was spot on and easy to follow.
Plate fits great, easy to find shipped quickly.
One issue. My other end plates have an insert to cover where a lock would of gone. This came without it leaving a whole there.
I replaced the broken latch with the new one and it worked great.
