Our hitch and lighting kit arrived ridiculously FASTER than expected. Order was accurate and VERY neatly/safely packaged. Installation instructions were SO ACCURATE! Being able to watch a video and read instructions made installation go so smoothly!

Had to send the first set of steps back because they were damaged in shipping. A bigger box and better cushioning would eliminate this. We were treated well by persons we contacted.

I had a trailer light kit for a 2025 Honda Odyssey. It basically went great. There were some minor points that could be improved upon. The instructions just said 'remove the trim'. I wasn't about to that to a new vehicle if I could avoid it. With some careful work it proved unnecessary. Honda pre-drilled an M6 grounding screw hole that was just reachable through the rear fuse box. The provided 30 amp fuse was a high profile. It might have barely fit but to ensure a good fit and to match all the other fuses in the vehicle I used a low profile.
Other than those minor quibbles it went great. Only took about an hour and I am a slow worker.

I ordered a tire and wheel as well as a spare tire mount for my boat trailer. It arrived quickly and was as described. Unfortunately, once I received it and compared it to my existing tires I realized that it wasn't the right tire rating as the tires currently on my trailer and I needed something that could handle a little more weight. Unfortunately, I was unable to return it. 😕. Again, when I was looking at all of the other details I should have looked at the tire rating too. Lesson learned.

The largest dry bag works great for protecting a shared field log in a wildlife viewing tower. Now visitors can record their sightings for others to see without worrying about the notebook getting damp.

The power converter in my camper was driving me crazy from the high pitched noise it was putting out. I purchased the upgraded converter from e trailers and problem solved. I am now ready if I decide to go with lithium ion batteries. Awesome upgrade.

I have purchased many Items for my RV in the past and I have always had a great experience dealing with etrailer and received my purchases on time and in great condition.

Very efficient, information was correct, delivery was flawless.

Had the Q25 slider come in 4 boxes, the base adapter was packed like IKEA thumbs up 5 stars.
The Head was not affixed to any base like suitable hardboard and Styrofoam and Paper did not stabilize the 109#'s head in the box it was a ball of hate destroyed the box lost parts and instructions. The 2 slider boxes came one was opened at end another 83#'s allowed to shift around with no support. I am sure it made it tough on the shipper to have items sliding out of the boxes.

We are an automotive repair shop - these guys have great products, great service, and good prices.

It was easy to shop withe trailer once I found what I was looking for.
