I was so excited to finally be able to afford a wedding dress that i really wanted. After 3 weeks my dress arrived today:-( i cried all day. First the color is horrible. I ordered champagne color.the top half is good the bottom is some horrible peach color it dosent even match. I wear a size 8 so i ordered a size 10 to be sure it would fit guess what still wont fit its about 3 sizes to small it wont even zip half way up.the sewn lace flowers around the bottom are coming off and strings are hangin everywhere. Plus it still has stick pins all in the dress that was left behind. It is so long i would have to wear stilts to my wedding. Then my invoice thst came in my box said 78.00 when i paid over 230.00. This was a bad expierence for me i will never shop ericdress again now i have a horrible dress and no money to replace it!

I ordered a dress close to 3 weeks before prom. I paid for expedited shipping as well. Lets say, according to the tracking information, my dress still hasn't been shipped and its been 15 days. I've tried contacting them in several ways from live chat, where they told me they were too busy, to direct messages, to emails, to phone calls to no avail. My $178 was taken from my account, and this has absolutely been an anxiety filled frustrating experience. Its all too late now. So unfortunately awful. I will be raising hell here soon if nothing is done. What a joke of customer service. WILL NEVER recommend this site, and it should be brought DOWN! I AM going to the BBB very soon.

I really wanted a party dress for my upcoming friend birthday. Browsing through ericdress.com website, this particular beige in color, short yet elegant dress caught my attention and I decided to go ahead and make my order. After all, I still had time to wait for the dress to be shipped as the party was in a month.
The dress was beautiful in the picture and it just made me eager for it to arrive. I constantly contacted them with my order number and was happy that they always received my calls as well as replied to my emails. They responded to me very politely and assured me that my dress will be ready soon. Some clients claim that the phone number does not go through but it is false, maybe they should recheck the number they dial. My delivery was made one week ago and I am very happy with what I got; exactly what I wanted. I am satisfied and will definitely order more from ericdress.com.

I ordered my wedding dress from them. Eric dresses of course and the dress came dirty like they trampled on it or swept the floor with it.
No 2: the left side was longer than the right side. I had to take the same dress to a dressmaker to remake half of the dress again. And after to the dry cleaners. Seriously if this website isn't real just stop taking people's money because I work for it and being deceived isn't a good thing..

Thank goodness my bank refused to fund this. I have ordered from similar sites before but did not realize ED too was based in China! I tried to order an MK bag, which looked legit but after reading the reviews here it was likely a cheap knock-off. Last time I ordered from a similar company the order did not get here for 6 weeks- it has been 10 weeks and still haven't rec full order; the "medium" dress was a 10 year old's shirt! Stuck with American companies, like Zulily. They are more expensive for good reason. All of the positive reviews are shills. Stay Away!

This site is horrible I ordered March 10th 2014 and they emailed me a order number that does not work so I can't even check the status of my order then I emailed them but no one replied back to me. L only ordered shoes so all that bs about it takes time for them to make thing are lies. But they took my money off my card. If I would have known I could not speak to someone directly I would have never ordered from here... I want my shoes or my MONEY BACK ASAP AND I'M REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB. I would not recommend anybody to order from them cause this is horrible

Whatever you do, please don't buy from these people. I ordered a dress on January 17th for a function that is taking place on the 28th of this month. Guess what, that dress was still processing, as of February 17th. I called the numbers and emailed them on several occasions and wasn't able to get through via phone! (The line was not in service) They were very responsive via email with information assuring me that I would receive my dress on time. (that never happened) Finally I sent them an email requesting my money back, in full, and for them to don't even bother sending the dress on top of me disputing my transaction via PayPal. Through PayPay i was able to get a response, but the response was that they ask me to close the dispute and let them send the merchandise. Being angry, I told them NO and don't send the dress because if they do I will refuse the delivery with the hopes of getting a full refund. After fighting with them for a few days, they finally refunded me my money. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

I purchased items over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. I received an email stating the items were shipped and I can track them. However, the tracking number does not exist and is not found. I tried verifying the status from the ericdress.com web site and it doesn't work either. There is no way to track the delivery of the order. Nor have I received the items. I didn't place a big order due to some of the reviews I read, in hopes of not having a bad experience. Still waiting to hear from the customer service dept. Unfortunately, I believe the reviews are true. I definitely will not order from this site again.

I recommend everyone to stay away from this site because they are scam! My sister tried to buy from them 2 dresses and she paid the money through paypal. The same day after paying she searched reviews about this site and was shocked that they were mostly against it.
Right away she emailed them asking them to return her money back and guess what was their response! They were like we can only give you the shipping money back. So she emailed them again and told them that it didnt even pass 24 hrs since she ordered the dresses and she needs her full payment back or she will file a case against them with PayPal and the credit card company... They replied back saying that they will give her money back and they said that they returned it back and all she needs to do is to wait for 3-5 days for them to appear!
Today is the 5th day and the money is not back yet!
Its not a trusted site and we will file a case against them since they didn't send the money back yet!

This dress caught my eye when I was in search of a homecoming dress. I was lost with the sizing because of reviews. I emailed a company that also sold the dress and asked them for a size chart. They were very helpful and responded quickly. I ordered a Large with the measurements 39.5", 33", 38". It fit perfectly. The dress itself zips up hard, I needed help zipping it. Overall, the dress was completely worth my money and I was amazed at the way I looked.

This is an absolutely beautiful prom dress. I felt so elegant when I was wearing this dress. I wore this dress to my brother's party and everyone kept saying how beautiful it was. I would definitely order it again.The price was incredible, the quality far better than to be expected at this price point, though not stellar, the gauze bottom is a little rougher than I expected. The shipping was fast and professional. Good quality for the price.

No one listen to the positive reviews that are on their site, have you not notice that not a single one is bad? And also on this one the grammar that the top reviews have are clearly used by a translator. This site CANNOT be trusted, i order my dress a month ago and it still hasn't come in. As the other reviews have said the people simply ignore your concerns and state excuses over and over. Do NOT trust this site. You'll lose your money.

I bought cardigan from them and received completely different colour,
Instead of turquoise I got something gray! (and poor quality)
I sent it back to CHINA and got receipt from Post office,
Unfortunately I did not send it as registered, because customer service
From Eric Dress said it is not necessary and later on I could not claim to return my money back because PayPal said that my receipt from Post office is not enough!
Lost 20 euro and lot of hours/weeks trying to contact them by email - without any answer.
They sent me an answer just when PayPal started to be involved.
Unfortunately my case was closed and I lost my money!
Be aware of them!

It happened that on 12th December I placed an order for an evening dress that I was to use today on 25th December. The experience was cool with least Friction. I got the dress on 22nd and am on the dress as I write this review. I just came back from our evening party and the complements I got on the dress are fresh in my mind. It was a little expensive but The design and every feature of it is perfected. I love the mermaid flow down the waist. Wish to thank the site for helping me make the best out of my night.
