The company generally enjoys a positive reputation for its user-friendly online auction platform and efficient customer service, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their bidding experiences and prompt assistance when issues arise. It worked decent most of the day, auction ran very late and I don't know what happened, but I could no longer log on and bid, and I didn't get any notifications that those items were up.
Works great when it works but it was cutting in and out some. I was bidding on an item that I would have paid double the amount it went for but the program was acting finicky for that item and when i called the autioneer he said they never saw my bid. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the item and it went for a song.
The bidding was very easy and straightforward. You had time to think, consider what you wanted to do, and then stop bidding or bid again. Thank you!
This was my first live + online auction. It did go fast, but there was no problems.
Attending online allowed me to go to one of my children's events.
Easy to navigate website and simple process to bid. Makes buying the equipment and supplies you need painless.
I signed up last minute for an auction and it was an easy process to register. I was able to bid from my phone while pulled over on the road during the auction lot I was watching. I was able to submit the winning bid and won the lot we were hoping for. Great program!
Coleman's are the easiest most respectful to deal with and the flexibility with scheduling is second to none. The auctioneer staff friendly and helpful. Would ever miss an,auction, there. John Romeo
For some reason, possibly internet speed caused bids not accepted when the item sold as we bid at live auction
They had some very good auctioneers, they were very clear and understandable, and loud enough that you could hear them.
Everything was fine but I wish they would give the auction my information that the dozers are for resale and I am not subject to sales tax.
The way they hide the reserve price from buyers so the seller can change his mind after the auction is over is almost fraudulent and illegal. They are covered because they put the word IF behind the word sold so the seller can back out or raise the reserve after the fact.
I bet it I win it and I they did not release it not enough money for the seller not a real action
Site seemed slow for searching and looking ahead of current bid
Great video feed with no delay, easy to sign in on website. Bids are instant no delays in transactions.
Bidding was fast and easy. The live feed was great.
The auctioneer was $#*!ing around and beating a dead horse for bids. Equipment facts was easy to use and worked well. But the auctioneer just couldn't accept that no one else wanted the item I was bidding on. He was about to call "sold" three times. Most of the bidding was coming in online. There was only one in-person bid, And it was the one right before I would have hit my pre-bid. Now I wonder if the auctioneer could see my pre bid and was trying to make sure the item at least brought that amount. Good thing I entered a pre bid lower than the maximum I was willing to pay. The item sold for my pre bid amount.
