The company generally enjoys a positive reputation for its user-friendly online auction platform and efficient customer service, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their bidding experiences and prompt assistance when issues arise. However, several concerns have emerged, including frustrations with bid discrepancies, lack of acknowledgment for pre-bids, and occasional technical difficulties that hinder the bidding process. Customers also noted issues with communication and billing accuracy, particularly regarding buyer premiums. Overall, while the company demonstrates strengths in customer support and auction execution, addressing these recurring concerns could enhance overall customer satisfaction.

The auctioneer was $#*!ing around and beating a dead horse for bids. Equipment facts was easy to use and worked well. But the auctioneer just couldn't accept that no one else wanted the item I was bidding on. He was about to call "sold" three times. Most of the bidding was coming in online. There was only one in-person bid, And it was the one right before I would have hit my pre-bid. Now I wonder if the auctioneer could see my pre bid and was trying to make sure the item at least brought that amount. Good thing I entered a pre bid lower than the maximum I was willing to pay. The item sold for my pre bid amount.
Auctioneers to quick for internet sometimes. If just a little bit more time it would be great
Went well, bought equipment, no issues. I did reach out acct had not logged in correctly, my own WiFi issues as it turned out. Thanks
There was certainly once, and I really believe twice, Equipment facts showed on my screen "YOU WON' then auctioneer awarded lot to someone else. I realize this was auctioneer fault, but he should honor EQ representative.
Easy process. Very happy bidding is easy The site is very easy to use and I can easily look every day to see where the next auction is
Listening to the auctioneer describe the item reassured my mind it was a good deal! It was easy to follow on the website, glancing at upcoming items then back to the live auction. Nice job!
Once registered it's an easy sale site to navigate
The online auction went smoothly and the watch and alert features worked well. The down side is all the after sale marketing that we received. Texts and emails wanting to haul the equipment. More wanting to sell surplus equipment, etc. These features may be wanted by some but I have not seen a way to opt out of these messages.
I bid on several things and it said I was the highest bidder and when I went to check my purchased items page it did not show. Ot stated it had sold for less money than what I had bid. This happened on 2 items.
I bought a truck and im happy with that and one hour later they send me the email that the bank like 10 thousand dollars more, its crazy and i don't understand why happening that because its an action, after that situation i has a bad bad day because i lose another trucks that i can buy
Navigating the site is easy, one touch bid is great
This was a great experience. Probably the easiest purchase we have made. We bought a 608C corn head and 630F cutting platform all online bidding and it went great without any problems. Super nice people to talk to and very helpful.
Michael so glad to hear bidding with us was easy for you! We hope to see you bidding with us again soon.
Everything was great. Easy to bid. Equipment facts great to navigate.
Thanks for all that great feedback Joey!
I think the bid I left was too high. After the bidding slowed they ran the bid exactly to the maximum bid.
Well organized and fair online auction. Not as exciting as a Live Auction, but it did get my heart beating!
Thanks for bidding with Equipmentfacts!
The layout of items in the ring or upcoming and past results along with purchases are at your finger tips and equipment facts is always operating as it should unlike other platforms
Thanks for bidding with Equipmentfacts!
The auction co was a little slow recognizing the bid.
Thanks for bidding with Equipmentfacts!
I was bidding from an iPhone and navigating between auction results (sold items) and what was selling/going to sell was difficult and confusing.
Please feel free to reach out to us at (908) 788-2025, we can help you out.
Working with Equipment facts is a pleasure to work with, Hands down it has been a good experience. Always an abundance of sales to be involved in if you so desire. Look forward to the future working with them.
Thank you for using Equipmentfacts!
Prompt notification of winning bid, whomever was onsite at the live auction did a good job keeping the amount in the bid tab consistent with what the auctioneer was saying.
Thanks for bidding with Equipmentfacts!

Thanks for taking the time to bid and leave postive feedback Michael!
