Bid on a pallet of attachments for mini excavator. Drove 5.5 hour one way to pick them up. It was not what everyone was bidding on wrong picture on the internet so they gave me 100.00 dollars for me fuel

Ronald, you should follow-up with the seller directly. Fr8star may have contacted you about shipping options if you won an item but that's clearly as a courtesy.
Equipmentfacts was easy to deal with. My only complaint is that I have not received a bill as to what I owe and who to pay.

It was a horrible experience. No customer service would answer the phone or my chat messages. It was so bad I logged off and created a membership with proybid. Just terrible. Unable to bid on a few lots I wanted.

Overall it's been working well. Sometimes the posted bid is slow at catching up to the auctioneer, especially at the beginning of each lot.

Once you are on the auction and found your auction it's fine and works simple however seems to me now after the update it is more difficult to refine your search. I can pull up the ones in my area but can't figure out how to put them in order of when they will be. Instead it will be 1 week away then the next May show 97 days away then next May be 3 days away. Maybe there is a way to do that if so I'd gladly be a listening ear if you have any advice, I'm not the best at this stuff but do try. Overall bidding and scrolling through the auction page is of ease and am satisfied with that part just the finding the auction part and navigating seems more difficult then the old website or before the update.
