Considering I was traveling to a foreign country at the time of the auction, everything went extremely smooth. I was concerned about missing the auction due to my travel schedule. The app worked flawlessly. Thank you for a good experience.

Bought a mini-skid for 27K. Only issue is the site is not super clear about attaching that win to your account right away so you can keep track of your running total. Five stars for everything but that minor web functionality shortcoming.

Thank you for the feedback! I would encourage your to review the seller's terms and conditions in the box you click through to accept bidding in their auction. For seller's that do have reserves (most don't), that is pointed out in those terms and you would have accepted those terms when you bid in the auction.

I missed out on 3 lots. I clicked "place bid" towards the end of each auction sequence. The placed bid activated because the light on the link dimmed, but the auctioneer moved on and continued with the next lot. I was less than thrilled as it's a 22 hour drive for me to pick up one tractor. Specifically the items were a John Deere moco, a Mobile Dimension Sawmill and I can't remember the 3rd one but it was an item that did not sell at all. A lot of lost income. Obviously, I don't know the ins and outs of your system, but I would assume when the auctioneer moves on to the next lot, all he should need to do is check the online bidding. It was obviously registering because the place bid icon dimmed meaning it should have been received by your team...

Thanks for the feedback! On the EF platform some item have reserves on them so if the highest bid hasn't been met, them will not entertain additional bidding and move onto the next item.

I bid on a tractor at 14k and then closed my MacBook, knowing I was at my max and willing to just see what happens. I saw later it sold higher and then was contacted hours later saying I won at a much higher price. Something is very wrong.

It was fun and easy to checkout. However a cost on my bill called a Green county tax was a surprise to me. A buyer from out of state may not know of this additional cost as was the case with me. Great auctioneer. Easy to follow.

I was looking for a sub-compact tractor for personal use. I had been watching many auctions local and away for a Deere 1-series, a Kubota BX series, etc.
DeMott auctions listed a Mahindra eMax 25L HST tractor with a loader and belly mower. I did the research via tractordata.com and other sites and found it should meet my needs. I ended up being the high bidder for the tractor and received the invoice. Re-validation of the invoice data with another local Mahindra dealer, it turns out that the tractor is not an eMax 25L HST, but is actually an eMax 25 manufactured in 2014. The differences are that the eMax 25 came with a Daodong 1.0L diesel and only showed the loader and backhoe as options. No mid-mount mower. The eMax 25L HST was produced from 2019-2023, came with the Kukje 1.2L diesel, and included the 60 inch mid-mount mower as an option. When I spoke with DeMott this morning, it didn't seem like they were concerned with the difference. The person also said that the mid-mount mower looked like it came from another tractor, due to the condition of the mower vs the better looking-tractor condition. I understand TYM actually produces both tractors and Mahindra distributes them, I was looking for the Kukje motor and the loader/mower, not the Daodong with the loader and a cluge-together mower...
I realize this may seem like complaining, but the catalog clearly stated a specific model and the invoice stated the same clearly specific model information, but in the end, I am not receiving the model I was bidding on and supposed to be purchasing. While this is my first and possibly my only purchase of a tractor via equimentfacts/auctiontime, and my inexperience could be showing, honest and correct information and descriptions should reflect accurate models.
