Was able to bid on an auction but missed one vehicle I wanted, as the auction company had a requirement for separate approval and that took hours. Would be better to identify auction companies that accept you as a bidder with your EquipmentFacts account, versus having some special additional requirement that I didn't learn about until I went to bid
Had some problems with losing audio and the ability to bid on items sometimes they would stop and correct the problem and a couple of times they kept going even though you could hear someone say their was a issue

Once I went through the videos to learn how to bid it was easy
When I go to get my equipment I purchased I will let you know of the rest of the purchase process
I won the bid for the tractor I wanted. I drove 2 hours to pickup the tractor paid for it when they brought the tractor out by forklift, the tractor would not start! Levi the Manager of the auction tried feverishly to get it started then he agreed to refund my money.

Your representative taking bids over the computer system was the best i have ever worked with, he stayed up with the auctioneer whether the price was going up or down. I was very pleased with the effort that was displayed by this person.

As I was traveling towards the auction site, I realized that my arrival time was going to be too close to the auction start time, so I returned to my home/office and logged on to the site. I reviewed the items, bid on a few that I did not win, but got the main item that I wanted. Some delay with the bids, but ultimately won the item.

I was bidding on a 62 Galaxie on sat and you temporarily suspended my account at the end of the auction and I lost the car by $100. I called and it was stated I bid to many times. You not only made me lose my friends car but you cost I'm money

Online bidding provides higher pricing for the auction. Why hit them with a premium? Also when bidding and there are multiple lots there is no way for an online bidder to say they will buy one at that price. Not just offering at a lower price to someone on the floor

I had the bid on a lot and somehow it sold to a floor bidder. The auction company has replied to ZERO of my emails. But have called me back to congratulate me on the lot that they did let me win, with NO explanation on what happen to the other lot that they claim I didn't win.

Contacted company due to error in bidding, they did not help me get in touch with auctioneers to correct. Very disappointed.
