2 rings thought they had to stay together hard to keep track then on my end or there's I kept loosing audio. Probably all on my end? Learning experience probably won't do another live auction with multiple rings. The Auction staff was unbelievably wonderful when I went after purchase.

The EquipmentFactions auction bidding process was very well integrated with the onsite auction process and I did not see any lag in placing a bid. The auctioneer was very clear too with equipmentfacts bids. The video quality of the auction site was a bit slow and lower quality but it did help with the overall process and helped to see the integration between equipmentfacts and the auctioneer. I would definitely use the service again.

I lost sound during the auction
August 6, 2025

I lost sound during the auction. The there were 10 items that were all the same the auctioneer let the first four go with a bidder's choice and then grouped the remaining 6 items together. Without sound I did not know that the auctioneer had grouped the items together and I won the bid of a group of items instead of the single item I was looking to bid on. I immediately called Equipmentfacts and they said that there was nothing they could do to call the auction site. The auction site has not been helpful to date.

Thanks for the feedback! Please understand Equipmentfacts merely simulcasts the live auction, the seller controls the sound on their end using the tools provided to hook into the platform so evidently they couldn't fix the issue in a short period of time. We appreciate your understanding.

I bid on recent auction in Texas on the 24th bidding worked well but the notification if you win an item or not is locking I bid on item 549 one the item but had to call to verify that I actually won still to this day no notification email has been sent or anything as far as invoice

When you're in a live auction and not watching the current items selling trying to scroll through the rest. The app jumps around a lot, and as soon as an item sells, it takes you back to the top of the list in the catalog. Hidden buyer fees is not cool. I read through the description in the beginning. It says items marked with a buyer's fee would be charged a buyer's fee. My item that I bought was not mark and I still got charged a buyer's fee. Sand hills is awfully greedy. Charging a commission on every item that sells. They should just charge the auction house's prorated flat rates.

Thanks for the feedback. Sandhills doesn't charges any fees to use the platform or on any item you buy on the platform. Any fee you incur is strictly levied by the seller of the item and not by the platform.

Bid on 2 cars won both one didnt have a key and was not stated the second car I won they had the wrong lot number under my bid and let someone else purchase the same vehicle bit the Auction place made it right and refunded me my money
