The website is fine and worked ok, but Kruckenburg the Auction Company using EF isn't. They recorded the payment incorrectly-so I was sent a partial payment invoice after my bank sent the wire-they 'fixed' that, then I had to get a wire trace to prove that they had the funds from my bank to get a paid invoice because the shipping company was moving faster then they were. I was told by office personnel that it may take 2 days to receive and that has never been my experience, but until I proved that they had received funds with the trace, they wouldn't look into the issue. Now I'm trying to get Titles and the links in the email do not work and the website says what forms are needed, but they are not available.

Very dissatisfied

Very dissatisfied. I bid on a backhoe and won, the listing didnt say there was any issues with the machine, the shipping agent try to load it and it wont run and other issues. There should be videos of the machine running for the bidder to view like Purple wave auction does.

I got a truck at north Dakota and when I was ready for the payment and pick up the tru k the auction saids that yruxk isn't available because the owner went to the auction yard and pick up the truck.

The app works great

The app works great. Sometimes the auctioneer would bundle lots and you could not see what they bundled. Once it was what I wanted but didn't know or see and it would cancel my bid. I still think overall it worked well!

Your site is very confusing

Your site is very confusing.
1. How do you search by lot number? I was unable to do this after the auction started.
2. It was not obvious if I won the auction.
3. If I searched watched items in Ring 1, it would not show watched items in Ring 2 and the same is true for won items.
4. Your biggest demographic on site is old men like me. You should have some old me and your techs on a zoom call while the auction is live. You could learn a lot from that.

Thing to remember, Equipmentfacts.com isn't the seller it's merely a platform for sellers, we have hundreds. Consequently, multiple seller could have the same lot number in use, therefore you can either use the search bar at the top which will search all auctions, or go into each individual auction if you know who the seller is.

Overall it was a good experience however there were some issues. Sound kept dropping off and I would have to click the sound button off and back on to get it back. Twice during the auction it showed I was the high bidder and then the auctioneer would say sold to an onsite buyer for the same amount that my bid was.

Hard to find out what lots I won after the auction. No email and can't find a way on the app to see which lots I won. Working 3rd shift I put in max bids and go to sleep for a lot of auctions.

It went fairly easy

It went fairly easy. There was one item I had a high bid of 100 or 125. The person before me took all but one of the same items before me for 50/60 dollars. I won the last one for 50, when I came to pick it up along with other items, I was told that person won them all. That was a little disappointing. Could have been worse if it was a big ticket item.
