I placed an order and paid extra for three day expedited shipping. Seven days later I still have not received my order. When I complained that the order would arrive too late for me to use their product and that I would like a refund for the expedited shipping fee this is the answer I received from customer service. I do apologize, I am unable to issue a refund for the missed ETA. We do not guarantee our delivery dates which is stated at the time of purchase when you select your shipping options.
The items are definitely affordable and shipping was quick. The sizes are not consistent so keep that in mind. Ordered a medium and a large in youth shorts, they are literally the same size with different tags. Again, we got everything cheap enough that we ordered different shorts somewhere else.

We ordered some high school baseball uniforms, And when we got them they were the worst uniforms i have ever seen... Lettering was horrible, looked like Stevie Wonder did them... Called customer service and the were not helpful at all... And it seems like you are bothering them when you try and tell them something, Got hold of a guy named ROBE, you cant make up a name like that, he is unprofessional, rude, and he has the the attitude Epic sports has, WE DONT CARE... I have played pro ball and have never seen customer service this bad, ever... Go to baseball savings, they are Friendly, great prices, and better quality for half the price, Letting is good and they will send you the right stuff, And customer service cares, As epic clearly doesn't... I will write a review to all websites to not use epic... And it happens every time with them... This is my second experience with them, the 1st time was also horrible, but thought they were having a bad day, so thought i would give them another chance, poor choice on my part... The uniforms came late, not all together and in different quantities and the kids didn't get to wear the uniforms for the first 2 games... Again if you want to make poor choices and have horrible customer service and people that don' t give a $#*!, Then Epic Sports is for you, Otherwise try Baseball Savings and you will get better quality and quantity for have the price, and the best part is they care and there is no brain damage...
I still haven't received my order I been looking for it for the longest but I still haven't received my things
I received my order which was wrong. I ordered ladies softball pants but received knickers. When trying to contact customer service they directed me to the chat. Connected with the chat and this was something they couldn't do. I just wanted to exchange for the correct items. In the end, I returned them out of frustration and purchased elsewhere

I did receive another email on the date I thought I would receive the pants telling me on that date that the ordered was processed and shipped. The delivery took very close to another 2 weeks to receive. The quality of the product is good, but only order if you have ample time to wait for delivery. I ended up purchasing additional uniform pants at a retail store to begin the season due to the delay.
Always great service. Epic seems never miss on their orders... with multiple pieces and multiple orders. And meet their shipping timelines..
My son, a college weightlifter, introduced me to these masks. If they worked for him, I figured they would work for me. So, I ordered some gaiter masks to comply with COVID mandates and also color coordinate my boring wardrobe. The masks are just wonderful and a lot easier to remember and use than those over-the-ear things. I have not submitted them to any real strength tests, like using them to pull a bus or semi. But they seem to be very high-quality to me.
I ordered a few individual products for my travel ball player. Everything was as expected, the quality was what you'd expect from the brands, and Epic shipped everything immediately. Great experience!
I recently order referee uniforms. What a disappointment. First it is listed as " official uniform " but does not have the required logo to quality as " official uniform. The socks look like my grandma knit it! Absolutely terrible quality!
The uniform shirt has all these dots and stains.

Ordered $200 worth of merchandise, the site sizing is not accurate and therefore needed to exchange 4 items. You can fill out a return listing exchanges, that you will pay your own shipping for, but they will process it only as a return with stocking fees. What they don't tell you is how much they will additionally withhold and they will refuse to provide an explanation. I am paying more than half of my return in fees they cannot explain (its almost $100) even if I order the same product in different sizes, I have to pay for that in full and hope for a refund on the stocking fees. I will still not receive half of that amount either for reasons they will not disclose. This is theft and would never be allowed anywhere else. Attempted to speak with customer service and their inappropriate and unprofessional responses were horrid, even asking multiple times, they refused to answer why they were still withholding additional money from the return amount.
I have bought shirts and sweatshirts for the purpose of tie dyeing. Everything has been great so far. In contact through delivery and customer service is great.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
