I purchased a coat for my husband for Christmas, it does not fit. Too large, but sleeves too tight. I have tried to contact them for return, but keep getting automated emails. You can not speak with a person on the phone, they direct you to their website. I would not recommend this company
I didn't get the shirt I ordered. Customer service was only a robot and said no refunds. I paid extra shipping too and the shirt wasn't even shipped by the arrival date, so it wasn't the fault of UPS, USPS, etc. I finally got a person but he said he was new orders only, I had to "talk' to the chat robot and he hung up on me. Inexcusable!
Ordered soccer balls and a bag for a great price. Arrived within 10 days - which is what they had advised, so all good.
The service is good -- shipping cost is a little high and takes a while. But, maybe we are all just used to Amazon overnight? Signs of the times.

I paid $174 for and overnight order. Didn't receive my shirts at all. Had to go through hell just to get half my money back. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Awful service at customer service. If you receive a package and something is missing, they will not replace. No one wants to talk on phone, only email or chat. Same person in both and he refuses to replace missing Item. He blames UPS in our case.

The shorts themselves were fine (although looked to run a little small), however when tracking my order because it was several days later than it should have arrived it had been in my main distribution center twice and then sent further away to other states before coming to me. For price of shipping and size/weight of item, if you are sending USPS you should probably be sending priority mail. My cost of shipping easily covered the cost of priority mail.
Balls seem to have a good feel and fly pretty well when hit. Much better than the Jugs "softie" or Macgregor indoor balls that we have tried. Time will see if they hold up.
The items I bought were made very well. It was great value for the pricing... I was a little disappointed that there weren't more sizes available in some products by the time I get the text about them.
Ordered two small size windbreakers and received two small windbreakers size of XL. One of the windbreakers was not packaged nor had tags. I am assuming the unpackaged windbreaker was returned merchandise.
