I didn't appreciate that because stock is not real time online, I didn't find out the product I ordered was backordered until after I placed my order and was charged. However, I was pleasantly surprised and excited when I found out my product was to be shipped much sooner than the backordered date. The price was great, the quality of the product is great, and the delivery (minus the backorder wait) was good. I would still purchase through Epic again, based on this experience.

The shirts that came were supposed to be all the same size. However, some arrived with stretched out collars or sleeves. I am returning them even though I have to pay return shipping and restocking fees. I should have bought from Amazon.
