I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife. I received an email stating that the shoes would arrive on a certain date. They did not arrive that day so I waited a week from the email delivery date and tried to contact epic sports. When I called I was talking to a machine so I gave them the order number and also made contact on the internet, I could not speak to a human. After 16 days past the initial delivery date we received the shoes. Talking to a machine or leaving a note on the internet is not what I call customer service. Your customer service SUCKS!

I was looking for a dozen jackets for my daughters High School sports team ASAP, since this year's season was cut so short. I saw these jackets at Epic Sports and thought it was "too good to be true," since they jackets were only $5 Ea and an extra $5 for embroidery.
I also paid an EXTRA $80 for overnight shipping since I needed them by Monday for the girls LAST away HS game ever (daughter and a handful of teammates are Seniors, which made the importance of receiving the jackets by Monday a top PRIORITY).
Well guess what... I got notified Monday morning that jackets were done, but haven't even been shipped yet and won't get them until Tuesday. I was livid. My heart sank and I was so disappointed. Especially for my own kid and the others that are graduating in 2 months. They didn't get to wear them to the last away game and all were so upset.
To top the WHOLE experience off I finally get the jackets Tuesday evening, and the jackets are DARK BLUE, not Royal Blue which is what I chose on the picture and their website.
Customer Service takes a week to respond and are not rectifying the situation. You will see below the color they portray online, and then what they send you. I needed them to match the color of the jerseys (also attached).
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this falls under false advertisement.

Ordered 450 hats on one order, split other hats off that had later ship dates. Large Order was supposed to be here last Friday. Our opening day is Saturday. I had over a week buffer in there. Customer service is a joke. You cant TALK to a live person, only type. I still dont have my hats. Opening day and pictures are in 2 days. They will not over night my order on their dime. So I said fine upgrade my shipping. They said. Oh we cant, it's too late, when 5 minutes earlier they asked if I wanted to upgrade. They were waiting on 2 hats! Hold up 450 hats for 2 hat? And not to mention, the hats that were on back order from my other order that wasnt shipping until May has shipped. Not happy and will never order from here again.
Placed an order online for discus and carry bag. Items were received earlier than expected and exactly as described on the website.
We have ordered baseball pants from Epic for several seasons now. We know themm be pants fit the way my son likes them, they are competitively priced and come to us right on time as expected. I will continue to use their products in the future! Thanks!

Products received in well packed manner. Really liked the Jersey's material. Comfortable wearing and cool design. Got it at discounted price, so we are happy and satisfied with the service. On time and fast shipping process. Customer support team is also good and responsive.
Placed my second order but won't be any more I received a large order Three of the shirts had Ink stains, two of the shirts had dirt stains on the inside of the shirts, one of them looked like it had been dropped on the floor and walked on, and several of the shirts were poorly sewn (part of the shirt was pulled into the hem and sewn over) and a couple had crooked seams. I don't recommend them to anyone and gave them a 1 star because there wasn't a -0. Contacted them several times asked for a refund or replacement sent pictures and got nothing but BULL$#*!!
Most everything is of good quality especially the socks but the elbow straps were cheaply made but other than that all is Kosher!
I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered cardinal red jerseys and received maroon/burgundy instead. No one was willing to help. You lost an 8 year customer through your horrible customer service.
I had a quesiton about sizing hat needed to be answered before I could execute an on-line order. I was able to reach a sales person at Epic easily and get the informaiton needed to place my order. Very important when many customer service staff for on-line businesses are non responsive, delayed in responding or provide poor quality information. Thank you.
I've ordered from Epic Sports several times. Their prices are almost always the best, orders are always complete & correct. Most recently I ordered custom, embroidered jerseys for our team. They are fantastic and the boys are so proud to wear them! And again, even with so many specific details, jerseys were exactly as ordered. I knew I was cutting it close with my deadline, but the shipping estimate left me a few days of wiggle room. The jerseys didn't arrive on the original estimated day and Epic did notify me immediately. I panicked and while I wasn't able to get a human response via email, through the chat function, a rep took the time to check the exact status of my order. They advised they were just finishing up the embroidery and they could go out on that day's truck or the next. They showed up early the next morning.
Comments, but not complaints: I do find the website frustrating to navigate sometimes, particularly when placing a large order with several sizes & items, but it's manageable. While I love the free shipping for larger purchases, I have been in a pinch a couple of times and needed just one or two jerseys or an additional size and I found the shipping charges to be pretty high. It would be super cool if they offered discounted shipping on a follow-up order like that for the same items. I find this is common with team orders as players do come & go.
Overall, I've had a great experience with Epic and will continue to use them for team gear in the future. Thank you!
I loved the Russel polo shirts that I got from Epic. They are high quality and true to size. The delivery time was great and they ensured that someone had to be available to sign... which is a plus for me. I ordered the shirts for my staff at my new insurance business.
They have horrible customer service. They have a chat feature and said I was connected to someone and they didn't respond to me for an hour. After placing my order and paying for faster shipping my order is still late due to them not getting it to ups on time. They only want to fix by having me pay for a whole other order and paying for next day shipping. Which is like 40 dollars. When it's there mess up. Do not order others might be slightly more expensive but you will get your products when they say.
I placed an order and paid extra for three day expedited shipping. Seven days later I still have not received my order. When I complained that the order would arrive too late for me to use their product and that I would like a refund for the expedited shipping fee this is the answer I received from customer service. I do apologize, I am unable to issue a refund for the missed ETA. We do not guarantee our delivery dates which is stated at the time of purchase when you select your shipping options.
The items are definitely affordable and shipping was quick. The sizes are not consistent so keep that in mind. Ordered a medium and a large in youth shorts, they are literally the same size with different tags. Again, we got everything cheap enough that we ordered different shorts somewhere else.
Will be perfect for use at my event.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
